Rich, healthy and varied dishes on the buffet table; an irresistible fusion of local and French gastronomy awaits guests looking for a quality meal in the morning. In addition to fresh fruits and vegetables, the Opus Farmers Market breakfast offers excellent, high-quality products from local producers, including Kisassondi ripened cheeses, delicious artisan products made of mangalica (special Hungarian pork), home-marinated fish, homemade jams, homemade honeys, lavender preparations and so-called "superfoods". The premium breakfast is topped with creamy yoghurts, a wide selection of muesli bars, freshly ground coffee with a unique roast, spiced tea, freshly squeezed fruit and organic vegetable juices. Of course, the Beluga caviar and the French champagne that are available only and exclusively in our restaurant on the shore of Lake Balaton, cannot be missing from the luxurious breakfast. Homemade baked goods, quality artisan products, organic juices, smoked salmon, Kisassondi cheese, freshly squeezed juices, lactose and gluten free products. 12 freshly prepared hot dishes can be chosen from our a la carte menu.

Freshness, sustainability and consistently high quality are the hallmarks of the menu, which our chef has created with great flair. As traceability and sustainability are crucial quality aspects of the ingredients, the chefs only source ingredients from local producers within a hundred kilometre radius. The seasonal and special dishes, which change from evening to evening, are prepared using modern cooking techniques such as sous-vide, which has been increasingly popular for years, and occasionally star chefs and prominent figures from the world of gastronomy will also pay their respect to the kitchen.

Dinner: 6:00 - 10:00 p. m.  

For our guests with young children: we offer a rich buffet breakfast and a 5-course dinner for our guests booking half board in the Opus restaurant of our Hotel Azur***** Premium wing. According to our experience, small children cannot enjoy the dinner programme, which often lasts 2-3 hours, so for families with children under 6 years of age, we recommend the buffet dinner at our OLIVE GARDEN Restaurant as a half board option.

For our guests with food intolerance - after prior consultation - we can adapt the menu according to their needs.
